Lifestyle advice, movement, and chiropractic care all rolled into one.

Children and Chiropractic

Chiropractic techniques used on kids are quite gentle and effective.
The movements of early development (milestones) are important markers of brain development.

Assessing how your child moves and identifying where there is tension in their body can allow better regulation of the nervous system and support their growth and development.

Chiropractic Techniques that meet you where you're at

We integrate a variety of techniques to suit your needs, preferences and goals.

Sacro-occipital Technique

Using gentle pelvic blocks and light cranial work, Sacro-occpital Technique may be what's been missing, to allow optimal alignment and improved spinal movement

Neuro-Emotional Technique

Neuro-Emotional technique is used to determine if there is an emotional component to your problem. Drawing on Chinese Medicine principles, the links between organs and associated emotions are assessed. Spinal segments linked to the organ are used to clear the emotional pattern.

Thompson Drop Piece

The Thompson Chiropractic technique is a gentle and effective approach that utilises a specialised drop table to moderate force input needed to generate improved alignment

Activator

The Activator Chiropractic Technique offers a gentle yet effective approach to spinal adjustments, utilising precise low-force impulses to help with alignment and function

Manual chiropractic adjustments

Manual chiropractic techniques are what people know to be the 'cracking'. Speed, rather than force is what makes a manual adjustment feel comfortable. Specific areas of the spine that have dysfunction in movement are located by chiropractors and adjusted accordingly.
